Editor Guide
Welcome to the Open Doors content management system. This guide will help you learn how to create and manage content effectively.

Getting Started
New to the CMS? Start here with these essential guides to get up and running quickly.
Logging In
Access the CMS at studio.opendoors.org and sign in with your organization credentials. Contact IT if you need access.
The Interface
The sidebar shows document types (Pages, Blogs, etc.). Click any item to open it in the editor panel on the right.
Your First Edit
Open any page, make changes in the editor, and click 'Publish' when ready. Changes go live immediately after publishing.

What Are Roles?
User roles determine what you can see and do in the CMS. Your role is assigned by an administrator based on your responsibilities.
If you need different permissions, contact your site administrator to discuss your access level.
Role Types
- Administrator — Full access to all content and settings
- Editor — Can create, edit, and publish content
- Contributor — Can create and edit drafts, but cannot publish
- Viewer — Read-only access to content
